do I need to change the ownership to UID GID of the vpopmail?

It looks like Evolution or something had the uid/gid of 89:89 when you
installed it. Look at your /etc/passwd file and see who has 89:89. If
it's evolution (common on Fedora graphical installs), uninstall
evolution, and vpopmail. Then reinstall vpopmail and any packages after
that in the script.
