I have check many information for google, someone said this is call by the BIND / QMAIL, so I change to use djbdns but still have this problem. Some suggest to change some config in qmail source and recomplied it.

I don't know which one is right?

I've had this problem with a Canadian ISP, sympatico.ca. What I did to work around this was find one of their mail servers (I picked one in the middle), and create a SMTP route for this domain. This solved the problem, but you do run the risk of if the mail server you define in SMTP routes is offline, the mail may bounce. It has not been a problem for me as of yet, but the risk is there.
