Please download them directly from svn.shubes.net or qtp.shubes.net. Do not
use the 0.1 qt-plus versions. This should all be ironed out with the 0.2
release of qt-plus (in a few weeks).

should no longer be necessary.

The order of parameters passed from qtp-newmodel to qtp-build-rpms was
changed at some point. One of these scripts is apparently not up to date.
You should have:
qtp-newmodel v0.1.10
qtp-whatami v0.1.1
qtp-build-sandbox v0.1.1
qtp-build-rpms v0.1.3
