[qmailtoaster] qmailadmin quota privileges

Since qmailadmin, vpopmail and squirellmail don't cooperate very well if user quota is changed after initial setup i was wondering if there is a way to forbid postmaster of some domain to change user quotas? Is there a way to have default quota for every user on a virtual domain and at the same time to forbid postmaster to change quota per user and even to set user quota when opening new account, but instead that every new email account has default user quota which postmaster can't change?   I am sorry if my english is confusing you. If you don't understand my russian english please ask me to clarify :) i will do my best to achieve that :)   Thank you, Igor
