el problema es que en mi resolv.com
tenia lo siguiente
nameserver 127.0.0.1
lo tuve que cambiar por
nameserver 1.2.3.4 ---> dns de mi isp
Parece que al querer resolver con elm bind en la misma maquina , se arma lio

There is a problem with the default /etc/rndc.conf file distributed with
bind on centos4. If you get an rndc error when you
# service named status
then try using the attached file in place of the one you have.
Please let us know if that fixes it for you.
