[qmailtoaster] Clamav Update

I am getting a message saying my CLAMAV needs to be updated.

Can I use QmailToaster-Plus or do I need to use the qtp-newmodel scripts (if so which ones) to update or do I stick with the upgrade.sh script or if there some other easy method?
