TTBOMK, the qtp-newmodel script(s) should work just fine for you, but you
might have a small issue or two. My toaster experience doesn't go back that
far, but I've worked with others converting from as far back as 1.0.

I don't recall anyone upgrading from 1.2 specifically, but I think it has
been done. If anyone has done so, please chime in.

I notice that you have horde-toaster, which is no longer part of the
toaster. Squirrelmail has replace it. You might need to remove
hoarde-toaster, I don't know. To make the user's shortcuts to webmail work,
you can add
Alias /horde-toaster /usr/share/squirrelmail
to your /etc/httpd/conf/squirrelmail.conf file.

You should use the qtp-newmodel scripts as described at
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Upgrading, but use the versions
straight from shubes.net instead of the qt-plus version (at this time).
You can go through most of the process while qmail continues to run. This
will allow you to resolve any dependency problems without disturbing your
operational toaster, and before committing to the upgrade.

Please post any problem you may encounter, and we'll do our best to help you
through it. It's really quite simple. :)
