That's what I thought, so i created a webmail.xyz.com vhost but what
do i put as the documentroot?
/usr/share/squirrelmail
If you are using squiremail
everything i have tried so far has
failed :(

but to get things started you need to have a DNS entry that points
to
your email server as webmail.xyz.com then depending on the linux
distribution that you are running you need to edit your httpd.conf
file
to have virtual host container for webmail.xyz.com! I stand to be

First Off can I say how good QMT actually is, I am a serious Linux
novice but managed to install with only minor problems, and all but
one of them aren't stopping the mail server, in particular webmail
working as I would like it too.
So on to the problem .... I would like to address the webmail pages
as webmail.xyz.com instead of www.xyz.com/webmail is this possible?
if so could someone please advise me how to do it
