Perhaps it's not a repeat in the QmailToaster, but dave ford sending
the same e-mail multiple times. Without headers of both the first and
second e-mails, it is really hard to tell.
Also if he is using Outlook, but hasn't patched, there are certain
circumstances where Outlook will resend the same e-mail a few dozen
times.
