I have a new installation of the toaster that is doing something odd. I can send email, but incoming mail stays in the queue. I searched the archive and can't seem to find a resolution. I even removed all of the packages last nite and re-installed. The installation went perfectly - but I still have the same problem.
Here is a sample:
