I've tried using the dynablock.njabl.org list to block SMTP connections from
dynamic/residential IP ranges. Unfortunately I seem to be having issues
sending to mail servers that also use this list. When I try sending to mail
servers that utilize this list as well, the message immediately returns back
as Undeliverable by System Administrator:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:

      Sent: 11/26/2006 4:57 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' on 11/26/2006 4:57 PM

451 Dynamic/Residential IP range listed by NJABL dynablock -
http://njabl.org/dynablock.html

If I remove the RBL from my blacklist file I have no problem sending the
mail to these mail server, so it's not being returned because my mail server
is listed on this RBL (I've verified this through dnsstuff.com's spam
database check).

Why is qmail checking the NJABL when I'm SENDING email? Shouldn't it only
be doing this for incoming connections?

Can anyone provide any insight to this please?

Thanks!
