Disabling qmail-dk and using qmail-queue.orig fixed my problem. I see a few other people experienced the same problem. This seems like a *critical* announcement -- to make a loud noise on the list and www to suggest all to disable this -- and to update the SRPMs so people are not installing a broken qmail-queue.
