Yep is derived from Neomail.
I've been used it for my customers in a non-toaster qmail+vpopmail+mysql installation for 4 years and it doesn't worth it the time and headaches it costs. Big profiles, and hell maintenance. The interface is not bad, but the thing is intrinsically slow, and POP3 only. My customers are happier with the customized squirrel, just like me.
