3 Things

1) This doesn't get rid of it, but they could use the webmail and check it every now and then 2) Re-Install qmailadmin with the proper flag, and then have them log into it and uncheck the checkmark, I can't remember the flag you have to use when re-installing. If you want it, ask and I will search harder
3) You can go into each account on your server and clear out the .qmail file
