I've been far from any computer for last vacation days. Here in Russia
official new-year holidays lasts till the 8th of January, so don't
expect me to answer quick before that day ;-).

The easiest way to view info for a user is to use vuserinfo:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# ~vpopmail/bin/vuserinfo [EMAIL PROTECTED]
name: postmaster
passwd: *** YOU EXPECT ME TO SHOW IT? ;-P ***
clear passwd: *** YOU EXPECT ME TO SHOW IT? ;-P ***
comment/gecos: Postmaster
uid: 1
gid: 16
flags: 16
gecos: Postmaster
limits:
mail will be bounced back to sender
dir: /home/vpopmail/domains/lavtech.com/postmaster
quota: NOQUOTA
usage: NOQUOTA
account created: Tue Feb 28 03:05:51 2006
last auth: Never logged in

As you can see, there are the "flags: 16" line, showing the state for
flags, and a "limits:" clause, describing what does that flags mean.
