relay.ordb.org has had some problems lately. I removed it back on 12/18. The
toaster crawls when an RBL is down or slow. Jake's written a script to
detect this condition. I hope to have this available in qmailtoaster-plus
some time soon.

Perhaps you had modified your blacklist some time ago but neglected to
restart qmail.
