There have not been any security upgrades so there is no pressing reason
to upgrade if you do not want to.
...except for bugs found in qmail-dk, ugh? Of course, there is no need
in upgrade, as you can avoid them using well known method of disabling
qmail-dk, but it seems to me that it is always better to have well
working antispam mechanism instead of disabling faulty one and staying
with older version.
