I personally don't use Greylisting except on backup MX hosts, which get
more abuse. Besides, greylisting is not a long term strategy IMO. If
it gets popular, bulk mailers will just start retrying and it'll become
useless.
However, I don't see the advantage of putting greylisting behind an anti
spam appliance. I am surprised that they don't retry after a 4xx error,
though. That's bad.
