What is "User_and_password_not_set,_continuing_without_authentication"?

The server sending the message is not logging into your machine to relay. This is normal. You can set other machines to SMTP-AUTH with yours to relay messages, and this message is just telling you that the remote machine did not utilize this and sent someone on the system a message.
