Im running SpamAssassin 3.1.5 on my QT.

By default it should show these if I remember right. It will not always put these headers in, though, depending on how the message is handled (sent locally to a local, told not to be scanned in tcp.smtp, etc.) Is it all of your messages that are not receiving these headers, or only some? Can you provide some more info? Did you edit your /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf file? How about your tcp.smtp? And what about simcontrol?
