I've always built mine by hand when doing things like this. Maybe Nick
will adjust the package some to make it a little more environment friendly.
The rpmbuild will not touch /var/qmail if the userid's exist, such as
vpopmail and qmail and so forth. The problem here was that /var/qmail
exists but not the users. I don't think changing the build process is
a good idea at this point in time, perhaps for QT 1.4 once we start
working on that.
