To get to the main admin page, it's http://domain/admin-toaster/ (the
trailing slash is important). The default here is admin / toaster . I
can't tell you what the qmailadmin password was - it's whatever you set
the postmaster's password for that domain was.
If that doesn't work, you can normally see the pass in
/usr/share/toaster/include/admin-pass for the
http://domain/admin-toaster/ page.
