The problem appears to be that the file is listed in the rpm database for
the package, but doesn't exist on the disk.
Did you remove the old clamav-toaster package before installing the new one?
If not, that could be the cause. The qtp-newmodel script doesn't do this
(yet), but it should. I hope to release a fix for that part today.
I just checked the spec file, and daily.cvd is still included there, and
apparently shouldn't be. According to 'fuzzy' (in a private email):
the 0.9x series clam has a /usr/clamav/daily.inc/ dir, with no daily.cvd
file...doing incremental updates instead of making the 1 daily cvd file
current.
I don't know why touching the daily.cvd file wouldn't have remedied the
problem, at least as far as creating a sandbox is concerned. I would think
that should have worked.
In the meanwhile, I'll be fixing qtp-newmodel today to:
.) remove older clamav package when appropriate
.) be a bit more lenient with creating a linked sandbox in these situations
I've created a flyspray task to have the spec file fixed.
