The mails stay there till they got fully processed by simscan
then after 20minutes knocked out

I have mail from same user which gets through and also show simscan
clean or something.
In this case I don't see any confirmation nor error message from
simscan.

If you are not running the latest release of qmail-toaster
(qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.14), then these messages are possibly
being rejected for SPF or DomainKeys violations. You will only
see those entries logged in the latest release. This is something
that has had me stumped more than once in the past.
