Here's a quick one:

install source (rpm -Uvh qmail-toaster*.src.rpm)
cd /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

Install the RPM you just built.

You'll see the source there. Unpack it, patch, then build the RPM again. You'll need to edit the spec file so that it will put the patch in for you - don't do it manually.
