you need to remove the option in qmailadmin for your other users
and delete the .qmail of that user (check before if he doenst have any other options. in that qmail you should see something like |/var/qmail/bin/preline /usr/bin/maildrop -A 'Content-Filter: qmailtoaster' /etc/mail/mailfilter
