What would be reasonable limit?

Hi Johannes,
I will do that, thank you. All the files seem to grow, even with
intermediate updates.

Hi!
it seems to me, that the default memory limit is a bit small on x86_64
systems; Domenico Fortunato had recently problems on pop3 authentications;
I had very strange problems some time ago, where specific senders could
not deliver mail to a smtp service; both have been x86_64 systems and both
problems could be solved increasing the memory limit a bit.
Maybe this values defaults should be increased for x86_64 systems.
Regards,
Johannes
