Please check "JUNK FOLDER". If all your adjustments are OK (Like SPF, reverse DNS) emails must sent to inbox or junk.
But as i contacted to Microsoft couple months ago, and as i understood, we MUST PAY them to get our emails to users inbox, they also publish a price list. Is there any one that does not pay to Microsoft and can deliver to inbox?
