I'm trying to configure Qmail on Fedora core 6. I'm new to it and I'd like some
help regarding basic config.
I created a virtual domain and a pop3 test new user. I saw that both are on the
vpopmail mysql database. I configured too the tcp.smtp file with entries for
our network of the kind:
172.31.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
...
...
I added these manually and did not run the tcprules program (Do I need to run
it...?)
Tcpserver is running of course.
I tried then to send some emails from a mail client and checking at the same
time the tail /var/log/qmail/pop3/current file but there were no new messages
there at the time of pressing send and receive.
Does anybody knows which other settings are needed for pop3 apart from the
above? Did I miss something?
