You normally don't want to mess with the queue. That's a dangerous area. Using a tool to manage the queue (like qmhandle) is the preferred method of doing that. You may be able to fix it with the queue-repair tool or qmhandle (there are a couple other queue fixing tools as well). You can search for them or download the QTP package which has a couple queue tools included (qtp.qmailtoaster.com)
