QMT-ISO is an installation CD that when run will give you an install of CentOS 4.4 with all udpates and install QmailToaster for you as well as a few other "additions" I've thrown in. So to question 2, yes it's an installation CD. OS and mail server. You can download the ISO here: http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com/iso/QMT-ISO-1.2.iso and then burn it to CD using whatever tool you like.
