Go here: http://www.inter7.com/?page=qmailadminTry their demo and see if you can input the characters there. I don't think anyone on the list has done what you're asking - I know I haven't. If it works on their site you may want to downgrade to the version they're running. If it doesn't work on their site try asking the question on their mailing list (check their archives first) and see if someone can get you an answer.
