my suggestion setup the milist setting like below
- Replies should go to the original sender. so "Out of Office reply"
wont looping
- increase the mailbox quota for sales people who take holiday more than
a week
It's becoming a pain because they never remember what I told them before.
Users right?? that why there is a sysadmin /techsupport in this world...

setup an internal blog / forum / website to show the frequently asked
question by them..
put your description in their native languange (human languange ) not IT
words
so if they asked again just show them the link.
