I am using qmt-iso ver 1.2 and I think it's still linked to qmail-dk. you
should linked back to qmail-queue.orig by yourself. I hope in the next
release, Jake will resolve it

I am not sure what you need is it php-mcrypt or libmcrypt
for php-mcrypt you dont have to recompile php just download and install
the rpm. try these links:

http://phprpms.sourceforge.net/mcrypt

for libmcrypt
http://centos.karan.org/el4/extras/stable/i386/RPMS/repodata/repoview/libmcrypt-0-2.5.7-2.el4.kb.html

or do the easy way (it is available on centosplus channel, just make sure
you enable it)
- yum search mcrypt
- yum install php-mcrypt
