I used the method described by Natalio below - and it works, as long as I am sending emails to my own domain. If the PC in question sends to something off of my domain I get this in the logs:

If you don't want to forward all mail, yo should specify which domain(s) you want to forward: somedomain.com:10.1.1.1 If the new box is receiving mails from other hosts, you should create there domain in /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts, or they will be banned.
