Just for reference, all I had to do was:
rpm - e spamassassin, simscan and clam in the proper order and simply
rpm -Uvh them back in in the proper order.
Not sure what happened there, but I must have missed some error. The
funny thing, is that these are the same RPM's that I had originally
installed with.
At any rate, All seems to be good now.
