The error I get from outlook express is Errore sconosciuto. Oggetto '11', Account: 'xxxxxxxxxxxx', Server: 'xxxxxxx', Protocollo: SMTP, Risposta del server: '451 mail server temporarily rejected message (#4.3.0)', Porta: 25, Protezione (SSL): No, Errore del server: 451, Numero di errore: 0x800CCC6ALast I knew, there was a bug with password protected ZIP files and clamav >= .90 that would cause errors. The temp fix I had seen was to "whitelist" email addresses in the simcontrol file to stop clamav and spam scanning. This may not work for you, unless you have only specific addresses that send these files.
I don't think there's a way to ALLOW specific extensions, only to deny them. There's more info on the wiki (http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Simscan) if you want to look at it. Hope that helps some.
