Hi Kaven,
What does QT's log say? /var/log/qmail/smtp/current is the file you are
looking for.
Also, do you have the "Outgoing Mail Server -> My server requires
authentication" box (or equivalent) checked? By default remote users have to
provide credentials.

Subject: [qmailtoaster] SMTP Authentication
Hi, I just complete to build a new server and I got an error with smtp
authentication. When trying to send an e-mail from home, Outlook return
this error: None of the authentication methods supported by this client
are supported by your server.
Package courrier-authlib is installed.
Any idea? Thanks.
Regards,
Kaven G.
