once on Saturday where there is not much email activity I saw the
qmail-queue reach more than 200 which only happen on working hours at

then I look at qmail's send log there are email to some local users that
can't be delivered due to mailbox full
then I increased the user mailbox quota, slowly the queue size is decreasing.
maybe this also happen to you.
note: later I found out in Monday, the user is resign but the admin forgot
to delete the account. sigh...
