It's hard to say why they are filtering you out. This might be a

Yeah should have mentioned I did that, too. Talked to both Microsoft and
Yahoo. I cant call them REALLY helpful but they were helpful. To paraphrase
them both, the've added my IP to thier system, but its up to me to figure
out how to make sure how it goes to a users inbox instead of the bulk mail
folder.
