First, what does "rpm -qa | grep toaster | sort" show? And then see if all the daemons are running by "qmailctl stat".It would also help to know what distro are arch you're running (sorry if you've posted it already). As far as restrictions on 25, you can add some blacklists to the /var/qmail/control/blacklists file, and enable URI checks in spamassassin. Those instructions are on the wiki.
