This still holds true. I use vqadmin for password retrieval, but that's about it. Everything else is recommended to be done from the CLI.

Never seen anything like that. If all the users for all the domains were the same I guess you could just use alias domains for the xtras, and there would only be one login that way. Otherwise I just set the postmaster password the same for the domains to be handled by 1 person.
