I've noticed over the last few days we have clients sending some relatively
large attachments that causes clamd to get busy (up to 100% cpu) for up to
30-45 seconds. It appears to be normal behavior, so I'm not concerned about
that.

I'd like to know if it's possible to configure toaster to allow more than 1
clamd process to spawn. I noticed that when clamd is busy, mail sent from a
client (like outlook) sits in the outbox until the clamd process finishes.

Thanks for any help.
