Sorry to make that unclear I am getting that message from my server.

My server is the one that is rejecting it.

I am getting this error message from a service called library elf. How
do I let these messages through because they are not phishing type
emails.

See the log I got from Library Elf:

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(reason: 554 Your email was rejected because it contains the
Phishing.Email virus)

So you're getting this error message from someone else? If so you'll
need to contact them, since you will not be able to make any changes to
their system.
If you are sending these messages to someone and want to let the mail
through, you'll need to add a line in your /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp to
allow their email in without being scanned - check the wiki for
instructions.
