Those warnings are due to spamassassin's rules. They're safe to ignore. If they bother you that much, you'll need to install the additional modules/rules that it's missing. A good source of info for that would be the spamassasin mailing list, but please exhaust ALL other possibilities first. They're not very friendly on that list and may flame you for not reading the documentation first. As far as how fast you receive emails - you probably (as Lucian said) have no control over that. You can watch the logs as you send the message from outside by issuing:
tail -F /var/log/qmail/smtp/current | tai64nlocal
and see when the other server sends you a message - there will be no way to get it any faster unless you're running the other mail server as well. And 1-2 minutes is normal in the email world, FYI.
