take so long to appear, and makes a little bit long to
receive the email. i feel, i miss something for the

It's probably taking a long time in the simscan process. That's where clamav and spamassassin are run against the message. Those two can take a few seconds each, depending on how much memory you have, load, rules loaded, DNS checks, etc. It doesn't look like it took a long time on your machine, but that's subjective. Are you saying it takes a long time to get the message in your mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), and if so, what sort of times are you talking about?
