No problem.You must have better users that I do - all mine do is complain to be honest. I'm writing a script now to clean out their FTP dirs - I setup FTP accounts (tied to HTML pages) so they will stop sending 300M TIFF files as attachments but they never delete the files out of it when they're done, much less help with the email/spam situation. I used to have some honeypots set up for such things, but the domain expired last month and I've been too lazy to set it all back up - shame on me!
