Did you check the /var/qmail/control/defaulthost file? It should contain the
domain name.

Hi there and thanks for the help.

On both machines, the host name and domain name are properly set. Yet, when
I send an email between machines, I always get;

2007-11-05 15:26:56.999258500 CHKUSER rejected sender: from <[EMAIL 
PROTECTED]::>
remote <qmt249.domain.com:unknown:67.98.10
.249> rcpt <> : invalid sender address format

PS: domain.com here replaces actual domain name.
