Hi list!

I got this situation where a customer complaints that emails to his clients
never reach its recipients, but the give no rebounds and/or errors.

Looking at the logs at /var/log/qmail/qmail-send/current I found those lines:
  _____

@40000000472f21cc222a3934 new msg 8175708

The recipient IP is mx1.fibertel.com.ar so I can assume it reached its
destination. Of course, it is a BIG ISP, so its a dead end trying to get in
touch with support there.

Is there anything else I could check?
I couldn't make any sense in the log about date/time of the message. what does
@4000.... means?

Thanks for your help-
Sergio
