Hi list! I got this situation where a customer complaints that emails to his clients never reach its recipients, but the give no rebounds and/or errors. Looking at the logs at /var/log/qmail/qmail-send/current I found those lines: _____
@40000000472f21cc222a3934 new msg 8175708 @40000000472f21cc222a548c info msg 8175708: bytes 6822 from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> qp 5315 uid 89 @40000000472f21cc307cd974 starting delivery 2318: msg 8175708 to remote [EMAIL PROTECTED] @40000000472f21cc3080d114 status: local 0/20 remote 1/40 @40000000472f21cf2df64604 delivery 2318: success:24.232.0.226_accepted_message./Remote_host_said:_250_2.0.0_accepted;_S 1126961AbXKEN7q/ @40000000472f21cf2df66d14 status: local 0/20 remote 0/40 @40000000472f21cf2df67cb4 end msg 8175708 _____ The recipient IP is mx1.fibertel.com.ar so I can assume it reached its destination. Of course, it is a BIG ISP, so its a dead end trying to get in touch with support there. Is there anything else I could check? I couldn't make any sense in the log about date/time of the message. what does @4000.... means? Thanks for your help- Sergio
