I personally always run 'spamassassin --lint' to make sure I didn't fat-finger something, and then I think you have to restart the spam daemon to load the changes. You can use 'qmailctl stop' and then 'qmailctl start', which I think does this (qmailctl restart does not), or download the qmail-spam script from my site. The qmail-spam script is also included with Qmailtoaster-Plus.
